The room was comfortable and the bed was extremely cozy. the host communicated with me through WhatsApp and even sent helpful photos to ensure I found the place easily. the location was quiet and it only took me 8 minutes to walk to the beach. the host made every effort to ensure I had a great stay.

I felt right at home and had no complaints whatsoever.

Quiet and great location close enough to Benidorm, the beach and shops/cafes and a good area, everything excellent. Spotlessly clean room with the bathroom. Shower facilities, a hair dryer, and fresh towels available. Quiet atmosphere. Location in perfect walking distance of everything👍😀

I had a fantastic stay at Habitacion Maria Jose! The location was perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance. The room was comfortable and the bed provided a great night's sleep. The landlady, Maria, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and even provided a bottle of water upon arrival. Despite a slight smell of cigarette smoke at times, it didn't really bother me. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable accommodations.

The room was nice and comfortable, with a comfy bed that made for a great night's sleep. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main attractions and amenities. -Another advantage was the effort made by the host to ensure a pleasant stay, with clear communication and helpfulness.

There was a strong smell of cigarettes in the common areas, which was bothersome for someone sensitive to it. I felt a bit unsafe one night when I woke up to find the apartment door open at 3 am.

They added a lovely touch to the stay. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the amenities and great bars and cafes. I also really appreciated the fact that the host was easily reachable via WhatsApp, making it easy to communicate and get directions.

I also loved Maria's adorable dogs, they were a joy to be around. I had a fantastic stay and would easily choose Habitacion Maria Jose again in the future.

Convenient Location. The hotel's location in Benidorm was absolutely fantastic, with Poniente Beach, Levante Beach, and Mal Pas Beach all just a short distance away. It was like having a buffet of beautiful beaches at my doorstep!

Landlady Smokes Regularly. The only downside was that the landlady at the hotel was a regular smoker, and sometimes the smell would waft into the room and kitchen.

Convenient location, close to nightlife and beach. Friendly host with good communication. Comfy bed and quirky room. Dogs are cute. Free toiletries provided.
